Can I include a picture or logo with my ad or listing?

Yes.  You can easily include a picture or logo with your ad or listing.  Pictures must be in .jpg format and logos must be in .gif format.  It's easy to attach your picture or logo right from your own computer.  If you prefer you can mail or e-mail your picture to us and we will attach it to your listing.  You may e-mail your picture and ad details to sales@creaturesandcritters.com.

I already have a Website.  How can CreaturesAndCritters.com help me?

CreaturesAndCritters.com is aggressively promoting this site and thus it's members, partners and advertisers through conventional internet marketing strategies, cutting edge search engine optimization placement techniques and conventional advertising in animal related publications.

When you include a link to your Website, you can choose to add a free counter so that you can see how many times your clicks your website has received from your listing.  Also, if you include your e-mail address, people who are interested in your pets, products or services can e-mail you directly right from your listing.  You will know that the e-mail came from your ad or listing because the subject will say "I saw your ad on Creatures and Critters.com!"

May I change my ad or listing?

You will have full control over your ad.  You will be able to login to our secure server and update your ad or listing as often as you wish for free as long as your ad remains active.  This way you can keep your ad or listing current without having to place new ads or incurring any additional fees. 

May I advertise in more than 1 Category?

Yes.  If you place a listing in any of our Directories, such as the Breeder, Veterinarian, Animal Services or the Animal Shows and Recreation Directories, you can elect to add 10 more ads in any category for one low price.  For example, a veterinarian that offers grooming and boarding services can advertise in all three categories (up to 11 in total) by choosing this option on the first listing.

Will my ad or listing stand out?

May I Cancel My Ad?

If I cancel my ad or listing, will I get a refund?

We will gladly refund 100% of the price paid for any ads cancelled within 24 hours of posting.  If, at our discretion, we find that your listing is incompatible with our website, we will remove your listing and gladly refund you 100% of the price paid for the current term.  However, if your listing violates our Terms and Conditions, you forfeit your right to a refund.  You may cancel your ad at any time without incurring any additional charges.

Will I be able to automatically renew my ad or listing?

Yes.  You can choose to automatically renew your ad at any time by logging in and going to View My Listings.  To avoid unwanted charges, just cancel your ad anytime before it renews.  If you choose to automatically renew your ad, you will receive an additional 10% discount off of our already low rates.

Is it safe to use my credit card on Creatures and Critters.com?

Shipping animals across the U.S. is quite common.  There are several available shipping options.  In most cases animals will be shipped by some form of "counter-to-counter" airline service such as Continental's "Pet Safe" Service or Delta's Pet Shipping Service.  To use these services, the shipper is generally required to obtain a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian which helps to ensure that your animal will arrive in good health.  Regardless of the method, you should become familiar with the available options and rules and regulations regarding shipping of animals before sending any money.  Most sellers have a preferred method that they are comfortable using.  Before buying anything, discuss your options in detail.  It is also important to know that most carriers impose certain restrictions on shipping animals based on weather conditions in both the cities or origin and destination.  The seller should also be able to help guide you through this process, however, you need to be an informed consumer before making any decisions.
